Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the unworn garments with their original tags in the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
